Please join us fo this festive annual holiday evening of architecture-related short presentations with fellow aficionados. Each speaker is asked to limit their illustrated presentation to 8 minutes

Program:

  1. Laurie Petersen: "The Birth of Streeterville: From Cap's 'Deestric' to Modern Neighborhood".
  2. Susan van der Meulen: "Chicag's Hyde Park Union Church".
  3. Vicki Granacki: "Warsaw Poland, Up from The Ashes".
  4. William Tyre: "The Origin and Fate of the Art Institute's Period Rooms".
  5. Nan Greenough: "A Modern Marvel in the Berkshires".
  6. Susan Nenjamin & Deb Carey: "Expressionist Architecture in Amsterdam".
  7. Stuart Cohen: "Collecting Architecture Books".

Dinner options: (Be sure to indicate the choice for each person when you register)

Option 1:

7 oz. Grilled Filet Mignon served with Baby Artichoke, Bernaise Sauce, and Duchesse Potatoes

Option 2:

Grilled Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Seasonal Vegitables, and Duchesse Potatoes

Both entrees will be accompanied by Caesar salad, dinner rolls, butter, coffee, tea and/or milk. The dessert buffet features the Cliff Dwellers' signature cherry and apple pies.
